Lucas Mason has spent the last several years working behind the scenes in the cellphone and electronics repair industry. Based in Montreal, Lucas started out in tech support roles before transitioning into hands-on repair work, where he found his niche helping customers understand their devices and make informed decisions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He\u2019s not the owner of the shop \u2014 but he knows the team personally and shares their passion for quality repair work and honest service. Lucas works closely with the technicians and staff, combining insider knowledge with a clear, customer-first perspective to write helpful articles that break down complex tech topics into plain language.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

When he\u2019s not writing or testing out the latest repair tips, you can find him biking around the city or tinkering with vintage electronics. His goal with every post is simple: help people get more life out of their devices and avoid unnecessary replacements.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n
